准备工作

  • Linux Live USB（如Ubuntu、Linux Mint等）

  • 确保电脑从Live USB启动

# 在Live环境中安装并使用Boot Repair
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair
sudo apt update
sudo apt install boot-repair

# 运行Boot Repair
sudo boot-repair

重启后在你原来的系统上，再执行以上命令
